Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Web Designers Dubai ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through webdesignersdubai.com (the "website"). We collect only what we need to reply to your enquiry and to run the website, and we do not sell personal information.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• optionally, your phone or WhatsApp number, company name and current website address;
• the service you are interested in, and optionally your budget range, timeline and preferred contact method;
• the project details you write in the message field.

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

• Enquiry context. With your enquiry we record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign details in that link (for example utm_source) and the website that referred you. This helps us understand which pages lead to enquiries. It is stored temporarily in your browser's session storage and sent only with your enquiry.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the website.
• Spam protection. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person, which involves processing technical information about your browser and device.

How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and send you a confirmation that we received it;
• to prepare a proposal or quote you have asked for;
• to provide services if you become a client, under a separate written agreement;
• to keep the website secure and protect it from spam and abuse;

We process your information because you asked us to respond to you, to take steps before entering into a contract with you, with your consent (for analytics cookies), or for our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the website. They process information on our behalf and only as needed:

• Vercel: website hosting and delivery;
• Resend: sending enquiry notifications and confirmation emails;
• Cloudflare Turnstile: spam protection on the enquiry form, where enabled;
• Supabase: secure storage of enquiries, where enabled;
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep them longer. Client records are kept for as long as required by our agreement and applicable law. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not set advertising cookies. We do not currently use analytics cookies. Session storage is used to remember campaign details until you close the browser tab, as described above.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information, or restrict how we use it;
• stop processing based on consent, such as analytics cookies, at any time.

To make a request, contact us through our contact page . We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are sent over encrypted connections, access to stored enquiries is restricted, and service credentials are never exposed in the website's code.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or providers change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
