A warm, bilingual brand identity concept for an artisan bakery, from logo and palette to cards, menus, packaging and social posts.
Services: Logo design, Brand identity, Business cards, Brochure
We design brand identities as complete systems: logo, typography, colour, graphic elements and clear guidelines. The result keeps your website, social media, documents and signage consistent, whoever is creating them, inside your team or outside it.
What this covers
A logo on its own does not tell your team which fonts to use in a proposal, which shade of green belongs on a sign or how a social post should look. Without those decisions, every new piece is designed from scratch and the brand slowly drifts. We work with startups, SMEs and established companies across Dubai and the UAE, often at exactly that point.
Our brand identity design work builds the identity as a system. The logo comes with rules for spacing and sizing, the typography has a clear hierarchy and the colour palette has values for screen and print. Everything is documented in guidelines, and the package contents are set according to the agreed scope, so a new startup and an established company each get what they need.
Because websites are our core work, we design every identity with screens in mind. Colours are checked for contrast, fonts are chosen with web licensing in mind, and the system carries directly into your website design and social media templates.
These are the core building blocks of the identity. Each one is designed to work with the others, so the brand still looks like itself whether it appears on a hoarding, an invoice or a mobile screen.
Your primary logo, alternative versions and icon, with rules for clear space, minimum sizes and which version to use where. If you only need the mark itself, see our logo design service.
A primary and secondary typeface with a clear hierarchy for headings, body text and captions, plus an Arabic pairing where your brand needs to work in both languages.
Primary, secondary and neutral colours with CMYK, RGB and HEX values, and spot colour references where print needs them, all checked for readable contrast on screen.
Patterns, shapes, icon style and layout devices that give the brand variety and keep it recognisable even when the logo is not the main element on the page.
Guidance on the kind of photographs and illustrations that suit the brand, from lighting and colour treatment to subject matter, so stock and commissioned images feel consistent.
Guidelines turn design decisions into something other people can use. We write them to be practical, showing what to do as clearly as what to avoid, so printers, developers and new team members get it right first time.
Each rule is shown with examples rather than described in abstract terms, covering logo use, colour, typography, imagery and layout, with common mistakes illustrated alongside.
We show the identity applied to the materials you actually use, such as social posts, a website page, a proposal cover or signage, so the system makes sense in context.
A startup may need a concise guide, while a larger organisation with several teams and suppliers may need more detail. The depth of the guidelines is set by the agreed scope.
Guidelines are delivered as a PDF alongside an organised folder of logo files, colour values and font information, ready to send to any agency, printer or developer you work with.
Stationery is where many people first handle your brand. We design everyday materials as part of the identity, according to the agreed scope, so they share the same typography, colour and spacing as everything else.
Card layouts for you and your team, in English, Arabic or both. Our business card design page explains layouts, print-ready files and finishing options in more detail.
Letterhead, invoice, quotation and proposal templates set up in the software your team uses, as agreed in the proposal, so documents look consistent without needing a designer every time.
A clean, lightweight email signature designed to display well in common email apps, linking to your website and key profiles without oversized images that clutter inboxes.
Slide templates with title, content, image and data layouts, so sales decks and company presentations stay on brand even when your team builds them under pressure.
Printed items such as envelopes, presentation folders, stickers and packaging labels, prepared as print-ready artwork for the printer you choose to work with.
Concept projects that show how we approach this kind of work. Each case study explains the goals, design decisions and build approach.

Brand identity projects are scoped individually, because a new startup and an established company with several teams need different things. The main factors are:
Get a Free QuoteYou always know what happens next, what we need from you and when you will see progress.
We learn about your business, your customers, your goals and what the website needs to do.
We plan the page structure and user experience, then create the visual direction for your approval.
We build the responsive website and test it on real phones, tablets and desktop browsers.
We launch the site, hand over your logins and provide the support we have agreed with you.
Straight answers to what clients usually ask before starting. Ask us if your question is not covered.
Ask a QuestionThe package is defined according to the agreed scope. It typically brings together a logo system, typography, a colour palette, graphic elements and brand guidelines, with branded stationery and templates as needed. We agree the exact list in the proposal, so a startup can begin with the essentials and a larger company can include templates for every team.
A logo is a single mark and its versions. A brand identity is the system around it: how type, colour, imagery and layout work together, documented in guidelines so anyone can apply it correctly. If you already have a strong brand system and only need a new or refined mark, logo design on its own may be the better fit.
Yes. If your logo is working well, we can keep it and build the typography, colour palette, guidelines and templates around it. If it has problems, such as poor legibility at small sizes or missing file versions, we may suggest redrawing it first. We will give you an honest view rather than recommending a new logo by default.
Yes. We select an Arabic typeface that pairs with your English type in weight and character, define how the two languages sit together in layouts and include bilingual examples in the guidelines. Arabic wording should be written or checked by a native speaker, and we work with you or your translator on that.
It is designed to. We check colour contrast for on-screen reading, choose typefaces with web licensing in mind and define styles that translate directly into website elements such as headings, buttons and forms. If we also design your website, the identity carries straight across. If another team builds it, the guidelines give them what they need.
Fonts are licensed to the business that uses them, so any paid licences are normally bought in your name. Many good typefaces are free for commercial use under open licences, while others need paid licences for desktop, web or app use. We explain the options before you approve the typography, so there are no surprises later.
The number of revision rounds is agreed in the proposal and covers the main stages of the project, such as initial concepts, the chosen direction and the guidelines. This keeps the process focused and gives you clear points at which to give feedback. If you want more exploration later, we discuss it openly before doing extra work.
Our portfolio includes Saffa Bakehouse, a concept brand identity project showing a logo, colour palette, typography, business cards and a brochure working together. It is clearly labelled as a concept, created to show our approach rather than presented as client work. We are happy to talk through the thinking behind it on a call.
A distinctive logo developed from a clear brief, with every version and file format you need for web, social and print.
Custom, mobile-first website design that makes your business easy to understand and easy to contact.
Social media strategy, content calendars and branded post designs that look and sound like the rest of your business.
Tell us where your business is now, which materials you use most and where the brand needs to work. We will suggest a scope for the identity and set it out clearly in a proposal.
We have received your project details and will reply by your preferred contact method. If you included an email address, a confirmation is on its way to your inbox.
