We design company profiles, corporate brochures and product brochures that are easy to read and true to your brand, delivered as print-ready artwork for your printer and as digital PDFs for email and download.
What this covers
In the UAE, a company profile or brochure often does work a website cannot. It is sent ahead of meetings, attached to tenders, shared on WhatsApp and left behind after a site visit. That makes it one of the most read documents your business produces, and one of the easiest to get wrong with crowded pages and an unclear structure.
Our brochure design work starts with structure. We plan what each spread needs to say, help shape the content so it reads well and design layouts that guide the reader from who you are to what you offer and how to get in touch. Everything follows your brand identity, so the brochure matches your website and business cards.
We prepare files for print and screen. Print artwork is set up to your printer's specifications, and we can coordinate with your printer directly. We do not run a print shop, so finishes such as foil or embossing are available through the printer you choose. Digital versions are built for comfortable reading on phones and laptops.
Different documents have different jobs. We start by agreeing what yours needs to achieve and who will read it, then choose a format, length and structure that fit, rather than forcing your content into a standard template.
A clear account of who you are, what you do, your capabilities, team and approach. Profiles are often requested by procurement teams and for supplier registration, so clarity matters more than decoration.
Brochures for services, divisions or initiatives that introduce your business to new clients, partners or investors, with a tone and layout that reflect your organisation.
Layouts that present products with consistent photography, specifications and key details, organised so readers can compare options and quickly find what they need.
For real estate, construction and interiors businesses, brochures that let completed projects, floor plans and renders speak for themselves, with supporting text that stays out of the way.
Single-page or folded documents that summarise one service or offer, designed to sit alongside a larger profile or to be handed out at events and meetings.
A brochure is read in a particular order, and most readers skim before they commit. We plan the structure with you before designing, so the important points land early and every page has a clear purpose.
We map the content across spreads before designing, deciding what goes where, what can be cut and where key messages, contact details and calls to action should sit.
We work with the text you supply and suggest edits for length and clarity so it fits the layout. If you need copywriting from scratch, tell us early so it can be scoped in the proposal.
Headings, short paragraphs, pull-out facts and generous spacing help readers find what they need. We avoid filling every corner, because crowded pages are the first ones people skip.
We advise on which photos to use, where new photography would help and how to present processes or capabilities as simple diagrams instead of dense paragraphs.
Arabic reads right to left, which affects page order and binding. We can design separate language versions, a flip format with one language opening from each cover, or carefully planned side-by-side pages.
A good layout can still print badly if the file is wrong. We prepare artwork to your printer's specifications and check the technical details that cause most delays and reprints, before anything goes to press.
Background colours and images extend into the bleed your printer asks for, and important text stays within safe margins, so nothing is trimmed off at the edges or lost in the fold.
Files are set up in CMYK with images at a suitable print resolution, so colours and photographs reproduce as expected rather than looking dull or pixelated on paper.
Fonts are embedded or outlined, and you receive a press-ready PDF to your printer's requirements. Handover of the open design files is set out in the proposal.
Saddle-stitched brochures need a page count in multiples of four, and folded leaflets need panels sized for the fold. We plan for the format from the start, not at the end.
Premium finishes such as foil, spot UV, embossing and special stocks are available through the printer you choose. We prepare the separate artwork layers those finishes need.
We can liaise with your printer on specifications and proofs, so technical questions are answered quickly. For colour-critical work, checking a printed proof before the full run is always worthwhile.
Many brochures are read on a phone long before anyone holds a printed copy. A digital version is not simply the print file exported. It is adjusted so it opens quickly, reads comfortably on screen and makes the next step easy.
We adjust the layout for screen reading, removing crop marks and bleed, checking text sizes and, where useful, presenting single pages rather than spreads.
Contents pages that jump to each section, plus clickable phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp and website links, so readers can act straight from the document.
Images are compressed so the PDF is light enough to attach to an email or share on messaging apps, without visible loss of quality on a typical screen.
A brochure works well as a download linked from relevant pages on your site. If you need the website itself, our web design services cover that too.
Concept projects that show how we approach this kind of work. Each case study explains the goals, design decisions and build approach.

Brochures range from a simple folded leaflet to a detailed company profile. These are the main factors we consider when preparing a proposal:
Get a Free QuoteYou always know what happens next, what we need from you and when you will see progress.
We learn about your business, your customers, your goals and what the website needs to do.
We plan the page structure and user experience, then create the visual direction for your approval.
We build the responsive website and test it on real phones, tablets and desktop browsers.
We launch the site, hand over your logins and provide the support we have agreed with you.
Straight answers to what clients usually ask before starting. Ask us if your question is not covered.
Ask a QuestionA company profile describes the business as a whole: who you are, what you do, your capabilities, team and approach. It is often used for tenders, supplier registration and introductions. A brochure is usually more focused, presenting a specific service, product range or project to a particular audience. Many businesses need both, designed in the same style.
We help structure the content, plan what goes on each page and edit your text for length and clarity so it fits the design. If you need copy written from scratch, let us know at the start so it can be scoped in the proposal. Arabic text should be written or checked by a native speaker.
We do not run a print shop. We prepare print-ready artwork to your printer's specifications and can coordinate with them on proofs and technical questions. Premium finishes such as foil, spot UV, embossing and special paper stocks are available through the printer you choose, and we prepare the files those finishes need.
You receive a press-ready PDF set up to your printer's requirements and, where agreed, a digital PDF for email and download with clickable links. Handover of the open design files is set out in the proposal, so you know in advance whether future edits can be made in-house.
Yes. Because Arabic reads right to left, a bilingual brochure needs planning from the start. Common approaches are two separate versions, a flip format where each language opens from its own cover, or side-by-side text on the same page. We recommend the right one based on how much content you have and how the brochure will be used.
There is no fixed length. It depends on how many services you offer, how much project evidence you can show and who will read it. A focused profile that answers the reader's questions usually works better than a long one filled out with generic text. We will suggest a page plan once we have seen your content.
Yes. We can work from your current profile, keeping what still works and restructuring the rest. Often the content needs updating as much as the design, especially if your services, projects or team have changed. If the brand itself feels dated, we may suggest refreshing your brand identity before the brochure is redesigned.
Our portfolio includes Saffa Bakehouse, a concept brand identity project with a brochure designed alongside the logo, colour palette and business cards. It is clearly labelled as a concept rather than client work. On a call, we can talk through how we would approach the structure and format of your own brochure.
A complete brand system with logo, type, colour and guidelines, ready to carry into your website, social media and print.
Clear, on-brand business cards in English, Arabic or both, with print-ready files prepared for the printer you choose.
Custom, mobile-first website design that makes your business easy to understand and easy to contact.
Tell us what the brochure is for, roughly how much content you have and whether it is for print, screen or both. We will suggest a format and set out the scope in a clear proposal.
We have received your project details and will reply by your preferred contact method. If you included an email address, a confirmation is on its way to your inbox.
